Jeanie Park is an accomplished pianist with over a decade of teaching experience and an extensive performance background both in the United States and abroad.

Originally from South Korea, Ms. Park began her piano studies at the age of eight and received rigorous training under esteemed professors at Seoul National University’s College of Music. She earned top prizes in prestigious national competitions, including The Korea Times Piano Competition and the Korean National Music Society Piano Competition, and performed at major venues such as the National Theatre of Korea and the Sejong Arts Center.

After moving to the United States, Ms. Park continued her music education at Northern Virginia Community College, where she received multiple performance awards. She later transferred to George Mason University to study under renowned pianist Dr. Anna Balakerskaia. While at GMU, she won the university’s concerto competition, performing Schumann’s Piano Concerto with the GMU Orchestra. She was also a recipient of the Peterson Scholarship and was featured in both the Jean Crooke Honor Recital and the All-Steinway Recital Series.

Ms. Park brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for music education to her teaching, inspiring students to grow both artistically and technically.
